The Iwancio-Hodge Observatory
This observatory was begun by Thom Iwancio in early 2001 with the hopes of finding a partner to share the expense and labor. In March of 2001, Thom was joined by John Hodge. The construction of this building is closely based on the design of the Griffin-Hunter observatory next door and takes advantages of the lessons learned during its construction. The pictures on this page document the construction of the second double observatory on the unique MAC-Hunter site.
